Crystal Environmental has worked with the optimization of wastewater treatment plants and their handling of grease trap, septage and industrial waste streams since 1992.  We’d enjoy the opportunity to work closely with you and your regional regulators to build an optimum plant that will meet the needs of all concerned.

We would like to share with you some of the work that we have developed for success of private, public and joint venture systems.  In the past, we have found that the slug loads to wastewater plants are a temporary solution to a permanent problem.  Our approach continues to be proven in processing reasonable values of BOD, TSS, FOG and combined nitrogen. Our pre-treatment systems keep the WWTP in compliance for the long term.  Many pre-treatment processes have started out at 5,000 gallons a day and have grown to over 100,000 gallons per day!

Our projects continue to be the most successful in the nation with respect to process and financial feasibility.   Facility flow charts are available for your review.  Most facilities are designed considering reasonable start-up costs and potential market growth.   Engineering assistance may be needed to fulfill local interpretations of compliance.
