Belt filter press cleaning is made simple with Polygone.  Polygone is injected into your wash water lines and goes directly onto your belt.  We would like to claim all the credit, but plant operators came up with the idea. 

 If the product is non-toxic, neutral in pH, neutral in charge, why should they have to shut off the sludge flow on their gravity belt thickeners and belt presses?  Upon our return, most of the facilities were directly injecting Polygone into the wash systems while they were processing sludge.  The end results were cleaner, non-blinded belts, increased production and reduced variable costs!  Polygone's Minimum dilution is 16,000 gallons of wash water to one gallon of Polygone!
